Nightshift is a personal AI assistant used through Telegram. It is a non-commercial project that runs on one server operated by its administrator, at nightshift.omerozer.fyi, and is open to a small group of users. This policy explains what Nightshift stores and what it does with data from your Google account when you connect it.
Each user's data is separate: other users can't see it. The administrator can see system logs for running and fixing the service.
Google data is used only to carry out what you asked for or set up yourself, for example to answer "do I have unread emails?" or "what's on Thursday?", to write your morning brief, or to send a reply or add an event you approved. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not used to train AI models.
On the Nightshift server (a rented virtual server), in its database and its daily backups. The long-term Google access token and model API keys are stored encrypted. Old task details are shrunk after 30 days by default; the administrator may set shorter periods.
It is shared with no one else.
You can disconnect Google at any time on Nightshift's Connections page, which also revokes Nightshift's access at Google. You can also remove access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can remove your model API key on the Settings page. To have all your data deleted, write to the contact below.
Nightshift's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
